Classes Enrolling in April!

“Fit for a King” is for men 40+ who want to make a change. Who realize that getting and staying fit doesn’t come in a pill form, but is only accomplished by making a commitment to a healthier lifestyle. It’s for those who want more enjoyment and quality out of their lives now, and in the years that lie ahead.

Our 12 week program consists of 36 group training sessions focusing on regaining functional movement as well as developing strength and conditioning capacities. Both coaches George & Brent are CrossFit Masters who will help you take the guesswork out of fitness. They provide you with safe and guided training sessions as well as delivering positive, long lasting results.

In the program, we will focus on/include:

  • Increasing flexibility and mobility
  • Introducing and preforming strength training safely and properly to maximize results and minimize injury
  • Increasing aerobic capacity
  • Goal setting strategies
  • Fundamentals of nutrition

At the end of this 12-week session, you can expect to:

  • Have increased mobility and flexibility
  • Move faster and feel stronger
  • Have increased energy
  • Have a better knowledge of nutrition and what it means to “Eat by Design”
  • Have a better understanding of functional movements and their importance on overall health
  • Establish and meet your future fitness goals

Classes will be held every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at 8 -9 pm starting April 10th. Regardless of your fitness level “Fit for a King” will help you develop a solid foundation from which to continue your fitness journey.
