There are plenty of reasons that you can come up with to tell yourself why you can’t do CrossFit (‘I’ve heard CrossFit is too difficult’, ‘I don’t have enough time to work out’, ‘I’m too out of shape to do this’, ‘I’m too old to do this’)... You only need one reason to do it though -- your health. If you lose your health it can be difficult quite difficult to get it back and it will eventually lead to a whole host of health problems, I don’t say that to discourage but to prompt a change.

On a purely numbers level I’ve lost approximately 30lbs and gone down several clothing sizes. More importantly though I actually have energy to get everything done I want to do. As well it’s awesome to have all the programming laid out for you so you just need to show up and do the work each day.
