I had just had my second child and wanted to loose the weight that I had gained from both pregnancies. I then attended a camp that my husband was in at West London CrossFit and realized it was more than just the weight that I wanted to loose. I wanted to be stronger, more fit and part of the group of people and community.

Not only have I lost all the pregnancy weight and more, but I am in the best shape I have ever been in. I have strength and endurance that I have never had before. On a mental level, I am more confident in general which is allowing me to have more of an 'I can do anything' attitude.
What I like best about the programming is that it͛s about progression. Its outline is based on learning the skill, practicing the skill and then mastering the skill. The best part about the coaches is that they are all helpful, encouraging and knowledgeable and are there to help you succeed.

•Do you want to meet new people and be part of something bigger than your current gym experience (or lack of)?
